At the heart of our company is family. Owner and operator Chris Fidler leads the way with years of experience in construction, working closely with clients to bring their vision to life. His wife, Amanda, adds a personal touch through design support while also keeping the business running smoothly with billing and office management. Their son, Justin, a proud Hernando County firefighter, has been working alongside his dad for nearly a decade and now heads up our roofing division with the same values of hard work and integrity.
Together with our extended team of skilled tradespeople and support staff, we approach every project as if it were for our own family—making sure it’s done right, on time, and with care. For us, construction isn’t just about building structures; it’s about building relationships that last.
